Jason is the Founder and CEO of 2065 Capital and has managed the portfolio within The Pritzker Organization — where he remains on the Investment Committee — for over a decade. His board positions, current and past, include Ferian Re, Steward Partners, Portfolio Group, GreyCastle Holdings, and Financeit. He serves as adjunct faculty at Booth School of Business and as a Lecturer in Law at UChicago Law School, and sits on the advisory councils of the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering, UChicago Hillel, and Invest for Kids. Earlier in his career, Jason was a vice president in structured finance at Barclays Capital, where he held a proprietary investments role. Prior to that, he was a corporate and tax associate at Davis Polk. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a BA and JD from Columbia University.
Heather Ryan has been with the 2065 team since inception as its Chief of Staff. Prior to 2065, Heather worked in the Global Banking and Markets Division at Goldman Sachs in Chicago for 16 years where she supported the institutional sales businesses in Equities and Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities. Heather leads the Parent Advisory Council for the pediatric IBD program, a GI division at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. She received a BBA in Finance from Benedictine University.
Nick Peluchiwski has been with the 2065 Capital team since inception and has helped manage the portfolio as a member of The Pritzker Organization since 2024. Prior to joining TPO, Nick worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Services Group at Houlihan Lokey in New York. While at Houlihan Lokey, Nick provided a variety of investment banking advisory services for strategic, sponsor-backed, and founder-owned clients. Nick graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, where he received a BBA with majors in Finance and Political Science.
Jay Metzger has been with 2065 since inception. Prior to 2065, Jay served as a valuation consultant in the Structured Finance Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young in New York. While at EY, he provided valuation services across a range of structured products for investment banks and alternative investment managers. Jay graduated from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he received a BSM with majors in Finance and Legal Studies.
